My order is incomplete or incorrect
We take great care to ensure that every order is accurate. Before shipping, each item goes through multiple quality checks to confirm everything matches your original order.
If you notice a difference between what you received and what was confirmed on your order or receipt, such as a missing item or an incorrect customization, please contact our customer service team. We’ll do our best to make it right.
However, if the order you received matches what you confirmed during checkout, we unfortunately won’t be able to accommodate any changes.
Here's a quick reminder from the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when placing your order:
5 - ORDERS - AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT(S)
