All Deejo orders within the United States are now assembled and shipped directly from our U.S. facility in Iowa.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, with packages leaving our Iowa facility within 2 business days of purchase.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- Delivery: 3–5 business days once your order ships
- Carrier: All U.S. deliveries are handled by UPS Ground
- You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our U.S. facility
If you receive a UPS shipping notification from Desoto Distribution, rest assured — this is our official U.S. logistics partner managing Deejo deliveries across the country.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders shipped outside of the United States are fulfilled directly from our workshop in Torcy, France.
Packages leave our facility within 2 business days after your order is placed.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
- European Union: 3-5 business days
- Switzerland & Norway: 4-7 business days (due to customs clearance)
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.
Deliveries outside the U.S. are handled by UPS or a local partner depending on the destination.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed Friday through Sunday are shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY ISSUES
Every Deejo product is carefully packed before leaving our facility.
If your package arrives damaged, opened, or empty, please:
1. Inspect it in the presence of the delivery carrier.
2. Refuse the package and clearly note the issue on the delivery form.
3. Contact our customer service team immediately through our Support Page.
