My order is indicated as delivered but I never received it
When your order is delivered, your package may be indicated as delivered by the carrier responsible for your delivery without your actually having received it. This situation may be linked to a simple disruption of your delivery: your package may have been received by a neighbour or delivered to a letterbox adjacent to yours. If you did not receive your package after notification of delivery, and you are sure that no one has collected your package for you, please contact our customer service team who will promptly assist you. To file a claim with the carrier for an undelivered package, please send them:
- a statement certifying that you have not received your package
- a copy of your ID.
Upon receipt of this information, we will open a claim and undertake to resolve the issue within 14 days. Following this, and if your package is indeed lost, we will reprocess and reship your order at our expense.
