I returned my order without authorization; how can I get it back?
In the event of the return of a product that does not fall within our return policy, it is up to you to recover your item by the means of your choice, namely the reshipment of the order to your address (for a total sum of 10 euros, including tax), or the recovery of the item by you at our production atelier, where we will hold it for a maximum period of 2 months. In the absence of instructions from you within this period, the merchandise will be destroyed.
If you wish to collect your package directly from our atelier, you must send a request beforehand to our customer service team.
As a reminder, below is from the article of our general conditions of sale and use accepted by you before confirming your order, referring to this specific exclusion:
8 - RIGHT OF RETURN
8.2. [...] If the Customer returns [a product excluded from our return policy], DEEJO will keep it at its disposal but cannot be held responsible for its return at its own expense.
