    I would like to modify, cancel or return my order

    In order to ensure the production and delivery of your orders within an express period, it is not possible to modify an order once confirmed on our website. Your Deejo knife, made to order on the immediate receipt of your order, is sent directly to our atelier for production. As a result, it is not possible to change any feature or add or remove products to or from your order. This automated system allows us to reduce our customer wait time as much as possible so that you can enjoy your Deejo as quickly as possible.

    For any return of your order, please note that only non-customized items can be returned to us within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt. Each return and refund request must first be made to our customer service team, who will inform you on the status of your request and the procedure to process your return. Any product made to order and ordered from our online knife configurator cannot be refunded.

    DEEJO provides the Customer with a personalization tool (‘My Deejo’ service) on its website which enables the Customer to personalize their knife, according to the Customer’s design, aesthetic and functional intent, following a multitude of personalization criteria to be combined by the Customer’s own care.
