    I would like to modify, cancel or return my order

    We work hard to produce and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Because of this, once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. Your Deejo knife is custom-made and sent directly to our workshop right after you place your order. That means we can’t modify, add, or remove items once the order is submitted.

    To help keep wait times short and ensure fast delivery, our system is fully automated. We appreciate your understanding!

    If your item is not customized, you're welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact our customer service team. They’ll guide you through the process and let you know your next steps.

    Please note: Customized knives (created using our online configurator) are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded.

     

    The following is an excerpt from our Terms and Conditions, which you accepted before placing your order. It outlines our policy on cancellations and returns:

    8.2. Exclusion of the right of return resulting from the personalization of the ordered Knife (knives)

    DEEJO provides the Customer with a personalization tool (‘My Deejo’ service) on its website which enables the Customer to personalize their knife, according to the Customer’s design, aesthetic and functional intent, following a multitude of personalization criteria to be combined by the Customer’s own care.
