    Can I change the delivery address following confirmation of my order?

    After the confirmation of your order, the chosen delivery address is sent automatically to our shipping department in order to expedite your delivery. This necessary step is processed as quickly as possible to minimize your waiting time.

    If you are unable to receive your package at the address you provided and you have no other choice but to make this change, you can contact our team, who will do everything possible to accommodate your request. Your new delivery address will be sent to the carrier who will redirect your package. Please note, however, requests may result in delivery delays for which we cannot be held responsible.
