I received a knife that seems to be poorly sharpened
Prior to shipping, all our knives undergo strict verification testing that assesses their strength and sharpness in order to guarantee you a finely sharp and flawless knife. If you think that the sharpening of the new knife you received has been overlooked by our team, you can contact our customer service, who will respond to you as soon as possible. Do not hesitate to add to your message any proof of defect (photo, video) so that we can best assist you.
However, over time and with use, it is normal for a blade to lose some of its sharpness. It should therefore be resharpened properly. To do this, please refer to our Deejo knife care and sharpening instructions.
