Your knife is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months.

Following its manufacture, your knife undergoes a strict multi-step verification process to check against any defect. If, however, you notice a manufacturing defect which would result in the breakage of a metal part not linked to any inappropriate use of the knife, you can contact our customer service team, who will respond as soon as possible.

Beyond 24 months, please note that any breakage of a metal part on your knife cannot be accommodated by our team.
