About the Deejo brand

Where are Deejo knives manufactured?
Deejo is a French company located in the Paris region. Cutting & hardening processing are subcontracted to our hand-picked partners. Our knives are then assembled in our ateliers in France where we ensure the operation of adjustment, polishing, final sharpening and customization. Each part is individually checked by our operators before being made available to the market.
Currently, Deejo employs more than forty people in France.
